Select Commissioning was founded in 2016 by Patrick Turner, who now brings more than 20 years in water hygiene, water treatment and building services commissioning. Today over 30 directly employed specialists clean, commission, treat and maintain building services, and prove each stage with evidence. Patrick is also a shareholder in Acutro. The two businesses share one view: decisions about buildings should be based on what the data shows.
Problems are built in at handover, then maintained by the calendar.
Systems are filled with untreated water, flushed to a programme rather than a standard and handed over without proof they perform as designed. From then on, tasks are scheduled by the calendar, results arrive without interpretation and nobody can say with confidence what the building actually needs.
