Can you work while the building is occupied?
Yes. Most of our upgrade work is in occupied buildings, using isolations, temporary bypasses and out of hours working to keep services running.
What happens to the water after a drain down?
We refill, clean and treat it ourselves, so the system goes back into service with water quality recorded rather than assumed.
Do you only replace like for like?
No. Each upgrade starts with how the system actually performs, so replacements are sized and specified for the building as it is used today.
